A charming terraced Grade II listed house in the middle of historic Coombe Street. According to the plaque on the wall this is the site of the ancient George Inn. You really are close to everything here, so park your car for the duration and enjoy Lyme.
Please enjoy the house. We’ve tried to provide everything you might need from hairdryers to fine linens, fluffy towels to fully equipped kitchen. The accommodation is on two floors with a living/dining room and kitchen downstairs and two bedrooms, dressing room and bathroom up. Outside is a private patio and a beautiful sunny studio room for games, relaxation, whatever you like…

Lyme Regis is a vibrant seaside community. It seems there is something for everyone. It’s a perfect base for exploring the stunning Jurassic coastline, which has been awarded world heritage status. As well as walking there is surfing, sailing & for more land locked tastes, local galleries & independent shops to look round. Sample all of the delicious restaurants a stone’s throw away – this town and its environs is seriously foodie. (Amongst the varied restaurants are: famed Mark Hix’s Oyster & Fish House, The Mill Tea & Dining Room which is in the Michelin Guide and is the Good Food Guide Regional Winner, one of our favourites the fabulous Millside Restaurant, the River Cottage is near by with its cookery school and the River Cottage Canteen is in Axminster. All of these gastro delights have an emphasis on food that is sustainable, local and organic. Foodies are well catered for with a variety of great eateries from casual to fine dining. We’ll leave information on our favourites. We love the walking / running also and you have easy access to some lovely trails and challenging coast paths!
